Abstract: A system for restraining outward movement of a door relative to an automotive vehicle body is disclosed. The system includes an automotive vehicle body, a door movably attached to the vehicle body, and a door movement restraint device that employs a body connector, a door connector, and a flexible connecting member detachably connected to the body connector and/or the door connector. The body connector includes a first base section having a first connecting opening for receiving the flexible connecting member and a first attachment section that includes a first attachment hole. The door connector includes a second base section and a second connecting opening for receiving the flexible connecting member and a second attachment section having a second attachment hole. The restraint device can be installed in the vehicle by securing the body connector to the vehicle body and connecting the door connector to the door of the vehicle.

Abstract: A method for producing transgenic seeds and plants, which comprises isolating, from anthers, microspores in their uninucleate stage and removing tissue in which they are embedded, culturing the isolated microspores in a nutrient solution, transferring foreign genetic material into the isolated microspores to obtain transformed microspores, bringing about complete maturation of the transformed microspores to obtain transformed pollen grains in vitro, pollinating receiver plants with the transformed pollen grains and obtaining seeds from the pollinated receiver plants.
