Abstract: A lifting insert for prefabricated concrete components with a bracket for increasing the shearing strength thereof. The insert is embeddable in the body of the component proximate to one of the faces of the component so that one of its ends protrudes, or is otherwise accessible, from the face of the component so that it is engageable by lifting means. The bracket of the insert comprises at least one brace, which is connected to the insert and is also embeddable in the body of the component. The brace is constituted by a lamina that wraps around the insert in a scarf-like fashion with one of its portions.

Abstract: A supporting device for prefabricated building components, particularly for prefabricated units made of concrete or the like, with high resistance to earthquakes, comprising a bush-like seat which is formed in one face of a first unit and a supporting element which is detachably inserted in the seat. One end of the supporting element protrudes from the seat and from the face of the first unit and forms a resting region for a second unit. The device comprises shock-absorbing means which are interposed between the supporting element and the first unit and/or between the supporting element and the second unit.

Abstract: An anchoring element for lifting prefabricated components, made of concrete, comprising a hollow body of a bayonet coupling device which forms a female seat with an access opening; the hollow body is embeddable in a component proximate to a perimetric side of the component so that the access opening is directed outward.

Abstract: A reinforcement for prefabricated concrete panels with improved bonding with concrete, which comprises profiles to be embedded in a concrete body of a panel. At least some of the profiles have perforations and undulations which are suitable to increase the bonding between the profiles and the concrete body of the panel.

Abstract: A prefabricated concrete panel for industrialized building, with high thermal and/or acoustic insulation, comprising a first sheet and a second sheet which are embedded in the concrete body of the panel and face each other on planes which are parallel to the planes of arrangement of the two larger faces of the panel. At least one of the sheets is made of thermally insulating material and the sheets delimit, therebetween, an air chamber which is divided into a plurality of mutually connected recesses in order to increase thermal and/or acoustic insulation of the panel.

At least one first shaped sheet is provided inside the body of the panel, is made of thermally insulating material, is interposed between the two larger faces of the panel body and forms, between the two larger faces of the panel body, a ventilation chamber which is composed of a plurality of mutually connected cells.
