  • Patent number: 11746523
Abstract: A noise reduction apparatus can include a frame and multiple spaced apart panels positioned adjacent to each other. Each of the panels or only one of the spaced apart panel elements may have holes therein to receive acoustic waves for absorbing the waves between the panels. The panels can be attached to a frame or other connection structure so that the arrangement of panels can be hung over a work space or positioned in a work space (e.g. in a wall, formed as a partition or wall, included as part of shelving, etc.). The panels can also be incorporated into a light fixture that may hang from a ceiling or be attached to some other type of support (e.g. a table, a base, etc.). The panels can be composed of glass, wood, or other type of material.

  • Publication number: 20220364387
Abstract: A storage apparatus having a keyless lock/unlock system. The storage apparatus may including a housing having a storage cavity and a door may be coupled to the housing. A handle is coupled to the door and defines a handle cavity. The locking system includes an electronics assembly and a locking mechanism that are in operable communication. The electronics assembly includes a reader component and an indicator component that are located within the handle cavity. The indicator component is visible through a window in the handle. When the reader component receives credential data which is then authenticated, the locking system transitions between a locked configuration whereby the locking mechanism is locked and the indicator component is in a first display state and an unlocked configuration whereby the locking mechanism is unlocked and the indicator component is in a second display state. The indicator component may be electronic paper.

  • Publication number: 20200383472
Abstract: A shelving unit can include a reverse cantilevered bracket assembly. The bracket assembly can be configured to facilitate a modular design that permits height adjustment of shelves for an article of furniture. In some embodiments, the brackets can be configured to be positioned to avoid obstructing a front opening so that a user can easily access shelfs supported by the brackets. In some embodiments, the brackets can be positioned to minimize their appearance to improve the aesthetic effect of the shelving unit.
