Abstract: Integrally molded insulated concrete form skeleton modules are discussed, along with various other insulated concrete form skeletons and related methods and technologies. Insulated concrete corner forms are discussed, and ways to make same are also discussed. One or both folding and cutting steps may be used to create a corner form from a planar form, or from two independent concrete forms.

Abstract: Systems for constructing insulated concrete forms and their skeletons may have one or both a skeleton assembly machine and a mold assembly. The skeleton assembly machine may have a strap loading assembly, a ladder loading assembly and a press assembly. The strap loading assembly may have a first side and a second side which are positioned in opposite and parallel spaced relation to each other. Each of the first side and the second side may have a support structure and at least one feeder which positions a strap in a strap guide. The strap may be movable along the strap guide towards a press assembly. The ladder loading assembly may have a support structure and at least one ladder guide. The strap receiving ladder may be movable along the at least one ladder guide and into the press assembly. The press assembly has a support structure, a first side and a second side with the space between the first side and the second side defining a press cavity.

The present system provides first and second panel pairs may be mechanically connected to panel pairs positioned adjacent thereto (e.g. above, below, or side-by-side), increasing integrity of the structure.

Abstract: A building element includes a first and second panel each having an outer surface and an inner surface. There is more than one spacer positioned adjacent to the inner surface of the first panel and the inner surface of the second panel to form a cavity for receiving a structural component. Each end of each spacer has a first part of a two-part connector. Connector strap extending longitudinally along the outer surfaces of the first and second panels. The connector straps carry more than one second part of the two-part connectors that connects to the first part of the two part connector such that the connector strap attaches to the spacer.
