  • Patent number: 12236534
Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods, systems, and devices for projecting user-generated media content into three-dimensional immersive views. A system can obtain a three-dimensional representation of a location generated based on a plurality of images. The system can access user-generated media content associated with the location. The system can receive path information representing a path through the three-dimensional representation of the location. The system can select one or more pieces of user-generated media content based on the path information. The system can integrate the one or more pieces of user-generated media content into the three-dimensional representation of the location based on the path information and a portion of the three-dimensional representation to be displayed to a user, wherein the pieces of user-generated media content are presented within visual pop-outs in the three-dimensional representation.

  • Publication number: 20230197189
Abstract: Systems and methods for organism genotyping and using genomic data for genotype imputation are disclosed. The system can maintain first genetic sequence information of a sire and second genetic sequence information for a dam, the first and second genetic sequence information indicating one or more single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of interest. The system can sequence, based on a skim sequencing technique, a sample of genetic information of a progeny of the sire and the dam. The system can identify informative variants based on the first genetic sequence information and the second genetic sequence information. The system can identify informative reads in the sequence of the progeny based on the informative variants. The system can construct a genotype of the progeny based on the informative reads and the one or more SNPs of interest in the first and second genetic sequence information.

  • Patent number: 11619113
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments seek to eliminate or reduce fouling enabled by atmospheric oxygen entering the airspace of the well column. An inerting gas is used to flush atmospheric oxygen out of the well airspace. Once atmospheric air in the well gas-column has been replaced with an inerting gas, the well is sealed and pressurized with the inerting gas. The introduction of atmospheric oxygen back into the system through leaks is overcome by keeping a small, positive pressure-differential between the well-column gas pressure and the atmosphere. Results, as described herein, have shown the removal of atmospheric oxygen from the system can greatly reduce, or eliminate, both chemical and biological fouling as well as reduce or eliminate the need for well cleaning treatments.
