More specifically, the portable containers include a deployable/retractable landing/moving apparatus, a removable tow bar assembly, and leveling support systems. The portable containers can have many uses including as temporary to permanent housing, office space, and school rooms, or to house equipment for use in mobile telecommunication networks and systems, including cellular towers that can be set-up in both permanent and temporary locations.
