  • Publication number: 20030159327
Abstract: This invention is for a fishing lure wire frame having a non-twisted eye loop design that more effectively prevents the fishing line knotted to the lure from slipping out from the eye. The lure frame also has bends to provide greater support for the use of a shield head (or fish head) and to prevent spinner assemblies along either leg of the wire frame from slipping out-of-place. Overall, this wire frame design provides the fishing lure with more capability to be made into different shapes to attract fish to attack and improved effectiveness in casting and retrieving.

  • Publication number: 20030159330
Abstract: A fishing lure designed to improve the effectiveness of baits, such as tendril skirts and artificial grub attachments in attracting fish to attack. The fishing lure is designed with a large head and a long elongated body with ridges extending along its length. In between the head and the elongated, ridged body is a short concentric body to hold a bait, such as a skirt of tendrils. The ridges along the elongated body are designed to created optimum friction between the weight and grub, thereby preventing the artificial grub from slipping off or spinning around the weight.

  • Patent number: 6041538
Abstract: A fishing spinner bait lure having a wire frame member of a generally V-shape and having an upper and a lower leg and an eye at the base of the V for tying a fishing line to the wire frame member. A spinner means is rotatably mounted on the upper leg of the frame member and a weight and hook are mounted on the lower leg of the frame member. A shield member of generally triangular shape is slidably mounted on the forward end of the frame member. The shield member is made of a resilient pliable material and has a small opening in its forward end and a relatively large opening at its rear end. The small opening is adapted to accommodate a fishing line threaded therethrough to facilitate tying the fishing line to the wire frame member. The shield member has a pair of projections on the inside surface thereof to frictionally engage the legs of the frame member to thereby retain the shield member on the wire frame member. An absorption fish attraction scent member may be mounted inside the shield member.

  • Patent number: 4057916
Abstract: A trail leveler for smoothing snowmobile trails including a multi-blade rotating member positioned transversely to the path of the leveler and rotating in the direction opposite to the direction of travel of the leveler; and the leveler including a yoke-shaped adjustment linkage for changing the vertical position of the rear skis (or cleat track) in respect to the housing of the leveler to thereby provide adjustment of the position of the rotating member in respect to the surface of the trail to be worked.
