  • Publication number: 20190038083
Abstract: A pre-plumbed shower stall system with an access panel is designed. The pre-plumbed shower stall is a complete panelized system. The stall includes a floor pan, front glass frame with doors, and back wall panels. The stall system integrates all plumbing components such as mixing control valves, massaging jets and shower heads onto one back panel. This panel is so called function panel. The function panel is screwed to its adjacent stall panels in such a way that the plumbing components on the function panel can be easily accessed for future repairs.

  • Patent number: 8772744
Abstract: UV-C light assembly is designed to kill germs (bacteria, molds, protozoa, virus, and yeast) in the forced airstreams of HVAC systems, thus preventing the spreading of germs into other rooms or spaces. An air-flow activated switch is invented for turning on the UV-C lights when airstreams pass through and turning off when airstreams stop in the HVAC systems. The UV-C light assembly is installed inside duct through air filter's opening. The UV-C germicidal assembly is an easy add-on to an existing HVAC system for indoor air purification. The UV-C light sources are either LEDs or fluorescent tubes.

  • Publication number: 20140182056
Abstract: Toilet water tanks are mounted to the bowls with two bolts through two open holes. While rubber washers are used to seal the open bolt holes at the bottom of water tanks, water leaking is a century-old issue for many do-it-yourselfers. This invention designed a water-tight bolt housing to seal off the bolt hole. This invention eliminates the water leaking problem around water tank mounting bolts.

  • Publication number: 20120163909
Abstract: Rubber pavers of recycled vehicle tires are gaining popularity with consumers because they are “green” (friendly to our planet Earth) and they have other special features such as noise and impact absorbing, slip and frost resistance, and ease of maintenance. However, there is a major problem with rubber pavers, i.e., the corners of a rubber paver curl up for non-glued-down installation. The corner curling becomes worse and worse as paver's thickness decreases. This invention invented Corner-Interlocking designs to prevent corner curling. This Corner-Interlocking invention prevents corners from curling and interlocks rubber pavers (especially for thin rubber pavers) in place for non-glue-down installation.

  • Publication number: 20110233121
Abstract: This invention designed a Permeable Capsule to make the traditional pavements such as asphalt, concrete, stone pavers to become permeable to stormwater. Permeable Capsule reduces water pollution and replenishes groundwater in paved areas. Permeable Capsule allows traditional asphalt, concrete, as well as block-pavers (existing or new) surfaces to become permeable.

  • Publication number: 20110113712
Abstract: This invention designed a vinyl panel and panel trim in such ways that hollow channels within the panel (and trims) are connected by thin vinyl walls and two flat surfaces on both side of a panel are formed through the extrusion process. The hollow channels reduce over 80% (depending on the thickness of the wall and surfaces) of vinyl needed for building such a panel in comparison to a solid vinyl panel of same size. The sides of the panel have tongue and groove formed in the extrusion process. The surface(s) of the panel can be further worked on with methods such as laminating patterned (such as wood-grains) PVC veneer, painting, pattern (such as wood-grains) printing, etc. Such panels and trims can be used as wainscot (or wall covering) as a more environmentally-friendly substitute for wood.
