  • Publication number: 20250322901
Abstract: Presented herein are systems and methods relating to imputing metabolite information. A method includes receiving a first and second metabolite dataset, normalizing, the first dataset and the second dataset, transforming, the normalized first and second datasets, and aggregating the normalized first dataset and the normalized second dataset to generate a first metabolite matrix, the first metabolite matrix missing a first relative abundance value. The method includes decomposing the first metabolite matrix into a second metabolite matrix and a third metabolite matrix to factorize the first metabolite matrix and generating a fourth metabolite matrix that is the product of the second metabolite matrix and the third metabolite matrix, wherein the fourth metabolite matrix including an imputed first relative abundance value.

  • Patent number: 9834352
Abstract: A cable tie includes a band having a first end and a second end. The cable tie also includes a housing, affixed to the band near the second end, with a first opening to receive the first end of the band, configured to lock the first end of the band in place when the housing receives the first end via the first opening. The band includes an ear clamp. The ear clamp includes: a front wall perpendicular to a top surface of the band; a rear wall perpendicular to the top surface of the band; and a top panel parallel to the top surface of the band and perpendicular to both the front wall and the rear wall. One end of the front wall is adjoined to the first end; one end of the rear wall is adjoined to the second end; one end of the top panel is adjoined to the other end of the front wall; and the other end of the top panel is adjoined to the other end of the rear wall.

  • Publication number: 20100193260
Abstract: The present invention is an electric car with a maximized solar panel assist. Since batteries are normally charged at night while solar energy is created during the day, this system creates an almost continuous flow of electricity to the batteries. Since the weight and cost of the batteries are the main handicap for electric cars and a continuous flow of electricity minimizes the need for a large and expensive battery system, this is the most logical way to build a viable electric car.

  • Publication number: 20060179462
Abstract: A television signals receiver for receives and stores television signals encoded at a variable data rate. Time information is generated based on the time of receipt of the signals that defines the duration of the television signals when output in decompressed form at a substantially constant data rate. The received signals are then written to a file on a hard disk (13) in received order together with the time information. The time information of signals stored in the file is monitored and old signals are deleted from the file such that the file stores signals corresponding to a predetermined period of time.
