Abstract: A dual seal access panel is utilized with a conventional roof ventilation system that includes an exterior housing with a generally round access hole. The dual seal access panel has a primary seal, a secondary seal coupled to the primary seal, a mounting bracket assembly, and a central handle. The primary seal is generally round having a central floor surrounded by a peripheral rim. The peripheral lip includes a wall portion and a primary seal abutment. The primary seal abutment has an inboard flange and an outboard flange. The combination of the inboard lip and outboard lip form a generally flat, primary seal contact surface. The mounting bracket assembly includes four mounting brackets each having a mounting plate and a spring biased mounting latch. The mounting latch is movably between a released position and a spring-loaded, engaged position bearing against the fan exterior housing.

The head assembly is operatively attached to the swivel base, wherein the head assembly includes a head having a main passageway and at least two nozzle passageways; a first nozzle and a second nozzle fluidically and rotatably attached to the head, wherein the first and second nozzles are adjustable relative to the head to allow zero rotation of the head, maximum rotational speed of the head, or intermediate rotational speeds of the head during use. The cage assembly surrounds the head assembly for protection and is attached to the swivel base.

Abstract: In a rooftop ventilator having a base housing, a lid operatively attached to the base housing, wherein the lid has a plurality of lid sides extending downwardly from a lid surface, and a ventilation fan positioned above the lid surface, a lid reinforcement device is provided, comprising corner reinforcing members attached to the corners of the lid. Each corner reinforcing member comprises a pair of side members flush with the lid sides, and one or more support fingers for receiving and supporting the lid sides. A corner cap is attached to the side members and overlaps the lid surface to retain the lid sides within the support fingers. The corner caps can also include cylindrical sleeves for engagement with a pair of hinge shafts extending from shaft support brackets attached to the base housing.

Abstract: A handle assembly for sheet metal lids is provided, comprising a handle member having an upper plate and a grip, and a base member having a pair of brackets formed to engage a corner of the sheet metal lid, and wherein the brackets include an upwardly open groove and a mounting plate. The grooves engage an underside of the lid, wherein the upper plate of the handle member is removably attached to the mounting plates of the base member by a plurality of fasteners.

The identification may be of an inheritor property, in which the inheritor property's style sheet is inherited to one or more style sheets defining the same property. The identification may also be that of an inherited property, where the inherited property's style sheet inherits a style sheet defining the same property. The identification may be a highlighting of the selected property and its related properties, or other mechanism.
