  • Patent number: 7504028
Abstract: A mobile water-contaminant separation system having a plurality of separate water separation units connected to one another, a conveyor component which captures contaminated water at a first end, conveys the contaminated water to a second end, and deposits the contaminated water in a first of the plurality of water separation units for processing. A pump between succeeding water separation units facilitates the transfer from a prior water separation unit to a succeeding water separation unit for further processing until the contaminated water is completely de-contaminated.

  • Patent number: 7311818
Abstract: A water separation unit having an inner housing for storm water collection, separation of oils and debris from the storm water, and discharge of clean water. The inner housing is suspended inside an outer housing. The inner housing has a translatable floor with a plurality of hollow tubes extending upward from the floor and downward through the floor for passage of clean water from the inner housing and out the water separation unit. A plurality of conduits collect the clean water as it escapes from the inner housing and carries the clean water to a discharge tube and out the water separation unit.

  • Patent number: 5971163
Abstract: A portable sealable recovery container having a sealed interior space, a first inlet on a first top surface, a second inlet on a second top surface which functions as a top when the container is rotated to make the first top surface a side surface, a discharge member on a side surface with a first and a second conduit connected to the discharge member such that the second conduit extends from the discharge member in a planar relationship with the first top surface and its end is above the discharge member when the first top surfaces faces upward while the first conduit extends from the discharge member in a planar relationship with the second top surface and its end is above the discharge member when the second top surface faces upward, and sealing means for sealing any one of the first inlet, the second inlet, and the discharge member.

  • Patent number: 5902664
Abstract: An improved adjustable skimmer belt having a belt of two layers at least one of which has an outer surface of non-absorbent oleophilic-oriented hydrophobic loop-type fibers, vertical and horizontal stitching creating a repeating pattern and used to attach the layers, a plurality of apertures transversing the layers following the repeating pattern thereby creating liquid-collecting pockets between the two layers, and a connector and adjustor formed by the pattern and used to cut and adjust or repair the belt as needed.
