Abstract: In general, systems and techniques are described for automating manual processes for managing credential data for customers have been issued a credential by an issuing authority. A system uses enterprise application software (EAS) with an integrated architecture that combines customer relationship management (CRM) software and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software. The integrated architecture is flexible such that credential data may be managed according to the standards and requirements of a particular issuing authorities such as government agencies and commercial organizations. The integrated architecture enables different enterprise applications to exchange credential data through a unitary identification management software that various types of credential data that are processed by an issuing authority.
