The magnetic coupling of the first and second jewelry interfacers can be substantially easy to decouple by applying force substantially in a first direction, but substantially difficult to decouple by applying force that is not substantially in the first direction. Accordingly, the jewelry clasp can be capable of being decoupled by a user with substantial ease while remaining substantially difficult to decouple when not desired.
