  • Patent number: 10192334
Abstract: A dynamically configured tree form and corresponding graphical elements graphically represent information contained in a live stream of event data. The tree form is positioned in virtual three dimensional space within a computer graphical user interface such that the root of the tree is in the center of the screen, originating at the farthest distance from the viewer along the z axis. The tree form is configured to guide movement of the three dimensional graphical elements which represent individual measurements of events during specific time periods. The outermost, or leaf, portions of the tree represent the present time. The root or base of the tree represents the maximum duration that is being measured.

  • Patent number: 10135775
Abstract: A device may receive transaction information that identifies a set of third parties. The device may process messages in an electronic messaging account using a set of processing techniques after receiving the transaction information. The device may identify, in the electronic messaging account, a first set of messages associated with the set of third parties. The device may determine a manner in which to configure a user interface of an application associated with a user device to display the first set of messages based on the transaction information. The device may provide a set of instructions to the user device to configure the user interface of the application to display the first set of messages.

  • Patent number: 8671350
Abstract: Provided is a system and method for facilitating or creating a gateway to integrate with 3D virtual worlds (e.g., Second Life and Sun Wonderland) and external applications (e.g., data visualization gateways, process modeling systems, artificial intelligences, social networks, and other virtual worlds) for three-dimensional visualization of data in a virtual world. The visualization tool may include, for example, a three-dimensional graph using various colors, dimensions, shapes, and other properties as desired, to represent different data and data values. The avatars in the virtual world, as controlled by the game's players or users in the real world, can point to or otherwise interact with elements in the three-dimensional graph whereupon the base data or other related informational data would be displayed with respect to that given cell or element of the graph.

  • Publication number: 20030227902
Abstract: A system for connecting and completing telephone calls over the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) at the request of a client computer is disclosed. The system includes a call table (calltable), an application server (appserver) which accesses the calltable and communicates with the client computer, and a telephony gateway (gateway) which makes the calls, polling the appserver to receive call requests (callrequests) and report completions of callrequests. A callrequest is a data record including two phone numbers, a status, and a unique identifier, and optionally including a maximum duration. Upon receiving a callrequest from the appserver, the gateway uses its connection to the PSTN to make two phone calls—one to each phone number contained in the callrequest; it then bridges the separate calls together, and allows them to remain connected until either party terminates their call, or a maximum duration is reached.
