    Abstract: A knotless tissue repair construct is disclosed herein. The construct includes a soft anchor body, with a proximal end, a distal end, and a longitudinal axis extending therebetween. The construct also includes a repair suture fixedly coupled to the anchor body. The construct also includes a transfer suture interwoven repeatedly through and along the anchor body defining a transfer path. Tension on at least one of the repair suture and transfer suture may deploy the anchor body. A transfer suture first end may transfer the repair suture through the anchor body to form a repair loop that may knotless lock the tissue repair construct.

    Abstract: An offset guide that places a surgical tool through a bone of a surgical joint. The offset guide may hold the surgical joint in a reduced configuration at a first location along the bone; the first location preferred for engaging the bone. The offset guide may engage the bone with a hook that engages two opposing sides of the bone to center the surgical tool through the bone. The offset guide may guide placement of a surgical tool through the bone center at a second location along the bone, the second location offset from the first location. The second location may be a preferable location for receiving the surgical tool therethrough. The surgical tool may include both a drill and an implant insertion tool. The implant insertion tool may place an implant at the second location, while the offset guide holds the surgical joint.

    Abstract: Anchor delivery systems include markings on the surfaces of the delivery device which are visually exposed to the user through openings or fenestrations in the anchor, providing visual feedback to the user on the progress of the anchor's insertion. A suture-locking plug is deformable within the anchor tip, thereby enhancing suture entrapment within the tip of the anchor. A compliant component of the handle places the handle components in tension, thereby absorbing built-in axial looseness in the handle. The handle further includes a spin cavity which allows for free spin of the inserter shaft to finalize insertion of the anchor into bone when the anchor has not been fully seated flush with or below the cortical bone surface.
