  • Publication number: 20240035944
Abstract: A process that measures alcohol by volume (ABV) of a liquid under test. The method includes determining density of the liquid using a testing device; heating or cooling the liquid for a predetermined amount of amount of time using a known amount of energy or power, and obtaining temperature measurements of the liquid during the heating or cooling; comparing the temperature measurements and the determined density to a calibrated thermal model of the liquid; and determining ABV of the liquid using the comparison to the calibrated thermal model.

  • Publication number: 20230407216
Abstract: A process that produces a non-alcohol cereal beverage (NACB) includes separating an input fermented malt beverage (FMB) into an output FMB and the NACB, wherein the separating includes multiple stages; and adding water during the separating so that the output FMB has the same alcohol by volume (ABV) as the input FMB during each stage of the separating.

  • Publication number: 20220335154
Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for a predictive response-generation service to facilitate timely compliance with information-disclosure laws. When an event associated with an electronic data collection is detected, a set of features is extracted for the electronic data collection. The features are input into a machine-learning model to generate a request-prediction score. If the probability of receiving a request for data in the electronic data collection meets a threshold, a redaction operation specified by a redaction policy is executed on the electronic data collection to generate a modified electronic data collection. The modified electronic data collection, which is a redacted version of the electronic data collection, is transmitted to a digital response repository.

  • Publication number: 20180340844
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to measuring an external temperature using a computing device. In one case, a model for measuring the external temperature may be derived. A solution of the model may be compared with at least one data quantity of a plurality of data quantities to determine a difference between the solution of the model and the at least one of the plurality of data quantities. One or more parameters of the model may be fit such that the difference between the solution of the model and the at least one of the plurality of data quantities is minimized. The external temperature may be measured using the solution of the model.
