  • Publication number: 20260064769
Abstract: Methods, processors, systems for audio fingerprinting and retrieval are disclosed. One method includes receiving the audio segment generating a first set of peaks by applying a first sliding window on the audio segment, generating a second set of peaks by applying a second sliding window on the audio segment, generating a combined set of peaks based on the first and second sets of peaks, and generating the fingerprint for the audio segment using the combined set of peaks. Another method includes accessing a first inverted index using the sequence of query hashes, determining a temporally compatible sub-sequence of query hashes in the sequence using data retrieved from the first inverted index, accessing a second inverted index using only the temporally compatible sub-sequence, and retrieving data indicative of the target stored audio segment. Another method for target stored digital items is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20250361500
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a process for producing chiral ?-nitro alcohol compounds. The invention relates in particular to an (S)-selective oxynitrilase, which enantioselectively can catalyze the Henry reaction, wherein an aldehyde or ketone compound is converted to the corresponding ?-nitro alcohol compound in the presence of a nitroalkane compound and an oxynitrilase.

  • Publication number: 20250243486
Abstract: Described herein are compositions and methods for downregulating the expression of Stromal Antigen 1 (STAG1). The compositions described comprise antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) having sequences sufficiently complementary to a portion of a STAG1 primary transcript. Compositions comprising ASOs described can be used for the treatment of cancer, including cohesin-deficient cancers and STAG2-deficient cancers.

  • Publication number: 20250047268
Abstract: Buffer circuit for providing a floating reference signal, voltage generating circuit and method for providing a floating reference signal In one embodiment a buffer circuit for providing a floating reference signal comprises an operational amplifier comprising a first input, a second input, a third input and an output. The first input represents a non-inverting input and is configured to receive a first input signal. The second input represents another non-inverting input and is configured to receive a second input signal. The third input represents an inverting input. The output forms an output of the buffer circuit. The operational amplifier is configured as a voltage follower. The buffer circuit is configured to provide either the first or the second input signal at its output, such that a lower one of the first and the second input signal is provided as the floating reference signal.

  • Publication number: 20250007551
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an IC device for a satellite receiver, comprising at least one digital control circuit, at least two general GPIO circuits connected, respectively, with a first connection pin (32) and a second connection pin (34), and an antenna monitoring circuit (54) comprising an ADC circuit (58), wherein a signal input of the an antenna monitoring circuit (54) is connected to the first connection pin (32), and a reference input of the an antenna monitoring circuit (54) is connected to the second connection pin (34). The at least one digital control circuit is configured, in a first mode of operation, to selectively provide an analog signal received via the signal input and the reference input to the ADC circuit (58), to capture a digital value corresponding to the analog signal using the at least one ADC circuit (58), and to compare the captured digital value with at least one programmable threshold value.
