    Abstract: A convection oven is provided having an oven cavity supplied with heated air through left and right tapered air channels that receive airflow from one or more rear-mounted air blowers. One or more removable air plenums have a plurality of air outlets formed in one of the top plenum surface or the bottom plenum surface and comprise a pattern of slots, holes, or combinations thereof arranged to form lines of air jets configured to distribute heated air across the oven cavity. The one or more removable air plenums are supported within the oven cavity by parallel rails on the side cavity walls, and stop tabs positioned above the rails ensure correct front-to-back orientation of the air plenums during installation.
