  • Publication number: 20240090940
Abstract: A system having an electrode probe and a temperature sensing device, wherein the temperature sensing device is positionable within the electrode probe. The probe can have an elongate electrode body, at least two electrode contacts disposed on the electrode body, and a lumen defined within the electrode body, and the temperature sensing device can have an elongate outer body having a lumen, an elongate inner sensing body disposed within the lumen, and at least one temperature sensor disposed on the elongate inner sensing body. The system in certain embodiments can also have a controller configured to receive temperature information from the temperature sensing device and use the temperature information to adjust energy supply to at least one of the at least two electrode contacts.

  • Publication number: 20210068708
Abstract: A device for non-contact measurement includes a light source and a light pattern projector having a diffractive optical element. An imaging system images a target site illuminated by the light pattern projector. The light pattern projector and the imaging system are attached to a support in fixed relative positions. The support has a longitudinal axis parallel to an optical axis of the projector, and the projector and the imaging system are spaced apart along the longitudinal axis. The light source emits a plurality of light beams of different colors, each one being a coherent beam optically coupled to the diffractive optical element. The diffractive optical element diffracts the plurality of light beams according to different diffraction angles resulting in separate patterns. The processing unit determines a measurement based on at least two positions automatically recognized in data acquired from a single one of the separate patterns.

  • Publication number: 20140071238
Abstract: Example devices and methods for visualization and three-dimensional reconstruction of an area of interest are disclosed. An example device includes a first light source able to send quasi-monochromatic light through a monomode optical fibre and a second light source able to send light through a set of optical fibres. The example device also includes a diffractive element that induces a pattern to be projected on an area of interest when the first light source is switched on. In addition, the example device includes a camera that has a spatiotemporal resolution such that it is able to visualize the pattern created by the first light source and the area of interest illuminated by the second light source that appears uniformly illuminated even if diffractive element covers at least partially the second cross-section of the set of optical fibres.
