    Abstract: An improved tire curing bladder mold core that reduces the curing time otherwise required for a curing bladder and an associated tire, while also improving the overall strength of the relatively thin gauged tire curing bladder. The improved tire curing bladder mold core is comprised of an exterior surface with CNC milled or chemically etched patterns of grooves that result in the formation of elevated support ribs in the internal surface of the tire curing bladder. A method of producing an improved tire curing bladder mold core is also disclosed.
