The dispersed phase includes at least two emollients. The composition also includes a feel modifying particle and an emulsifier. IN some examples, the feel modifying particle can include modified corn starch and colloidal oatmeal. The emulsifier is cetearyl olivate and sorbitan olivate. The composition can be used to soothe irritated skin; provide relief to itchy, dry, irritated skin; and/or moisturize and soften skin.
