Patent number: 12264538Abstract: A sunrise wake system includes a sunrise shade assembly that includes a sunrise shade, a blackout shade, configured over a window to block out exterior light and then produce emitted light that mimics the natural light of a sunrise. A person may set a wake time and a sunrise profile and the system will activate at the wake time and run the selected sunrise profile. A mobile phone operating a system APP may interface with the sunrise shade assembly to provide instructions to the shade controller to activate a light strip to emit light that changes in wavelength and temperature according to the sunrise profile. A light strip may include a plurality of light devices that emit different wavelengths of light including a red light device. The light strip may be extended around a portion of the blackout shade to provide a large length and area of light emission.Type: GrantFiled: August 3, 2024Date of Patent: April 1, 2025Assignee: ETHEREALCO CORPORATIONInventors: Benjamin Russell Stephen Voller-Brown, Michael Jialin Li

Patent number: 12209464Abstract: A downhole tool for dampening vibrational, lateral, compressive, and tensile forces exerted on sensor equipment inside a drillstring is described. The downhole tool is housed inside the drill string. The tool generally includes a bottom end shaft for connection to the drillstring and that is telescopically engaged within a compression housing and a torsional housing. The torsional housing enables the bottom end shaft to slide axially with respect to the torsional housing whilst preventing torsional movement of the bottom end shaft relative to the torsional housing. The compression housing is connected to the sensor equipment and operatively contains a first spring between the compression housing and the bottom end shaft that absorbs compression forces between bottom end shaft and compression housing.Type: GrantFiled: December 8, 2020Date of Patent: January 28, 2025Assignee: QCD Technology Inc.Inventors: Cornel Dinica, Anthony Desmond Russell, Denice Monteil, Benjamin Russell

Patent number: 12063022Abstract: A system and method for use in matching a source to a dynamic impedance electrical load is described. The system may include a processor that controls a signal generator to sweep across a frequency spectrum to locate a resonant frequency of the dynamic impedance load. The determination of resonant frequency may be made based on sensing the power consumption of the amplifier supplying the load and locating the frequency at which the power consumption is minimized. Periodically tracking and adjustment of the frequency to maintain a minimum power consumption may be automatically performed. The load may be a SAW atomizer.Type: GrantFiled: April 18, 2022Date of Patent: August 13, 2024Assignee: TRUDELL MEDICAL INTERNATIONAL INC.Inventors: Andrew Dittmer, Michal Fulmyk, Benjamin Russell, Bharanidharan Thamizhchelvan

Patent number: 11935080Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to providing intelligent alerting and automation for marketing analytics software. In implementation, intelligent alerting is initiated by a user, which enables deep learning models to analyze various data patterns. Intelligent alerting learns about preferences and data consumption patterns of the user with marketing analytics software. Intelligent alerting also accounts for and learns from any manually created alerts set up by the user and/or alerts created automatically by anomaly detection. Intelligent alerting analyzes all other users within the organization of the user to find similar users based on their consumption patterns. An on-demand game may be provided to the user to determine the criticality of one metric change over another. This enables intelligent alerting to automatically provide alerts which pass a critical threshold of importance to the user and context to help the user understand why a metric changes in a significant way.Type: GrantFiled: March 12, 2020Date of Patent: March 19, 2024Assignee: Adobe Inc.Inventors: John Bevil Bates, Ryan Elliott Cobourn, Benjamin Russell Gaines, Brooke Suzanne Wyckoff
