  • Patent number: 8446582
Abstract: A spectrometric sensor for measuring a spectra value of a flowing fluid. The spectrometric sensor comprises a light source for emitting a first light flux toward a sample of the flowing fluid, a light detector for measuring a first intensity of a reflection of the first light flux from the flowing fluid and a second intensity of a second light flux received via the flowing fluid, and a control unit configured for generating at least one spectra value according to at least one of the first and second intensities.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 26, 2008
Date of Patent: May 21, 2013
    Assignee: Afimilk Agricultural Cooperative Ltd.
Inventors: Niv Pinsky, Gil Katz, Benjamin Sabbah, Martin I. Kutscher, Moran Sarig, Ziv Merchav, Alon Gilboa
  • Publication number: 20120310541
Abstract: A method for determining a concentration of at least one component of milk includes measuring impedance values between two electrodes associated with a cell containing a milk sample at each of at least three frequencies, and estimating a concentration of the at least one component from a polynomial expression in which the impedance values at the at least three frequencies are variables.

  • Patent number: 5433206
Abstract: A system for simultaneous, real time imaging of biological tissue and measuring of blood flow velocities using the Doppler principle resulting in an improvement in Doppler power spectrum of the blood flow velocity measurements.

  • Patent number: 5419332
Abstract: Automatic mapping of flow parameters in a ultrasound diagnostic imaging system including the steps of: selecting a region of interest (ROI), transmitting ultrasound signals along at least one line traversing blood vessels in the ROI, applying a train of pulses along each of said at least one line during a heart cycle, generating a spectral density function as a function time, displaying selected blood flow characteristics determined from said spectral density function.

  • Patent number: RE29351
Abstract: A video-display processor produces an on-line display of the distribution density of radiation stimuli emitted by a radiation field utilizing a probe for detecting the stimuli and a counter for accumulating the number of stimuli detected; and motorized means to cause the probe to traverse the field and sequentially scan a preselected number of elemental areas, each having a preselected size, for causing the probe counter to accumulate the number of stimuli that occurred during the scan of each elemental area. The number of stimuli accumulated during the scan of each elemental area, upon the completion of the scan thereof is transferred into a memory whose contents modulate the picture elements of a raster generated by a CRT of a TV display thus displaying the density of each elemental area immediately after scanning thereof is complete.
