  • Publication number: 20200237885
Abstract: Provided are compositions useful as therapeutic vaccines (e.g., cancer vaccines), and methods of producing such compositions. The compositions disclosed herein generally employ a stress protein and at least one synthetic peptide, which may be a phosphopeptide or phosphopeptide mimetic, comprising a cancer-specific mutation present in a patient's cancer.

  • Patent number: 10560841
Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for facilitating anonymized communication sessions. An anonymized communication platform receives a request to initiate an anonymized communication session between a first user and a second user of an online service. The anonymized communication platform selects, from a set of available proxy contact identifiers, a first proxy contact identifier for the first user, and a second proxy contact identifier for the second user, and generates an anonymized communication record for the anonymized communication session that indicates that that the first proxy contact identifier is assigned to the first user and the second proxy contact identifier is assigned to the second user. The anonymized communication platform causes the first proxy contact identifier and the second proxy contact identifiers to be provided to the first and second users.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 9844296
Abstract: A beverage brewing device includes a water tank, a base, a filter, a plug assembly, and an actuator mechanism. The base supports the water tank above a support surface. The plug assembly connects with the water tank and is operable between an open operating position in which water can flow from the water tank through the plug assembly and a closed operating position in which water is precluded from flowing through the plug assembly. The actuator mechanism is movable between a first operating position and a second operating position. The actuator mechanism is cooperates with the plug assembly such that when in the first operating position the plug assembly is in the closed operating position and when in the second operating position the plug assembly is in the open operating position. The actuator mechanism includes an operator actuated surface that is accessible from an exterior of the base.

  • Patent number: 8613188
Abstract: Coaxial micronozzles are disclosed. Embodiments of the present disclosure include coaxial micronozzles with center-body geometries to exploit pressure thrust. Some embodiemnts include a generally cylindrical centerbody extending through at least a portion of the flowpath and extending into the exit so as to form a generally annular throat, wherein the microthruster is adapted and configured such that the Reynolds number through the throat is less than about one thousand. Some embodiments show a potential threefold increase in specific impulse under vacuum and near vacuum conditions.
