  • Publication number: 20260056276
Abstract: A method and system of detecting sound by acoustic beamforming with structural sensors wherein an array of sound sensors placed on an elastic base surface can pick up vibrations caused by incoming acoustic waves and acoustic beamforming enables highly sensitive directional listening. In some embodiments, only a single sensor is used affixed to an elastic base surface and the remaining sound reception may be constructed using virtual sensors that are created by extrapolation from the sound received by the single sensor.

  • Publication number: 20260003195
Abstract: In an embodiment, a system includes a head-mounted device including a display configured to display one or more images and a reflective lens spaced apart from the display. The reflective lens is configured to reflect the one or more images towards a user. The reflective lens includes a curved surface having a fixed curve in a vertical plane and a variable curve in a horizontal plane. The system also includes a ride vehicle configured to move along a path. The system also includes a controller communicatively coupled to the head-mounted device and the ride vehicle. The controller is configured to determine a location of the ride vehicle along the path and instruct the display to display the one or more images based on the location of the ride vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20250166168
Abstract: A system for facilitating the inspection of a structural part includes a processor and a non-transitory memory containing computer-readable instructions. When the computer-readable instructions are executed by the processor, the processor automatically identifies, in one or more images captured by a camera, one or more landmarks on a structural part. Additionally, the processor automatically evaluates a state of the one or more identified landmarks and presents, on a display, information concerning the evaluated state of the one or more identified landmarks for assisting a user of the display in performing an inspection of the structural part.
