  • Publication number: 20240123480
Abstract: A method of delamination of a printed circuit board includes comminuting the printed circuit board, and soaking the comminuted PCB in a solvent system comprising at least two solvents. Once soaking has been completed the method includes separating solids, and electrostatically separating different specific solids from the separated solids.

  • Publication number: 20240100238
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for detecting full waste canister and/or fluid flow path blockage conditions are disclosed. Also disclosed are methods and apparatuses for controlling a pump. In some embodiments, flow of fluid can be restricted in a portion of the fluid flow path. A controller can be configured to compare a difference in pressure values upstream and downstream of a fluid flow restrictor to a pressure difference threshold, and determine based on the comparison whether to activate an alarm indicating the full waste canister condition or the fluid flow path blockage condition. The controller can be additionally or alternatively configured to determine a fluid flow using a flow meter, open a selectable valve in response to a comparison of the fluid flow with a fluid flow threshold, determine fluid flow after opening the valve, and determine based on the fluid flow after opening the valve whether to activate the alarm.

  • Patent number: 11620660
Abstract: Systems and methods for delivering application media content to multiple social media systems (SMSs) for display to SMS members. The method includes the steps of providing initial application media content to respective SMSs. Once a respective SMS member interacts with the initial content, a social relationship management system (SRMS) receives indication from an SMS of such interaction, and retrieves a unique application media file relating to application media content. The unique application media file is then applied to an application media container file that overcomes certain formatting protocols and requirements of the SMS and enables transmission and delivery of the application media content to the SMS. The application media content is then delivered to the SMS member on the SMS through the application media container file.

  • Patent number: 11595759
Abstract: An energy harvesting circuit is disclosed and comprises one or more electrical loads that consume direct current (DC) power, a rectifier, and a hybrid acoustic absorber. The rectifier comprises one or more active switching elements that are driven by a gate drive voltage. The hybrid acoustic absorber comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil. The diaphragm is constructed at least in part of a piezoelectric material. The piezoelectric material is configured to generate a diaphragm voltage in response to sound waves deforming the diaphragm. The diaphragm voltage is at least equal to the gate drive voltage to drive the one or more active switching elements of the rectifier. The voice coil is attached to the diaphragm and configured to generate a voice coil voltage that is less than the gate drive voltage of the one or more active switching elements.

  • Patent number: 11420172
Abstract: A jacketed vessel for temperature control of contents within the vessel is provided. The vessel has a shell and an external jacket through which heating or cooling fluid is circulated. The jacket is formed by a length of conduit arranged in a spiral orientation around the vessel shell. The conduit has a center portion having a concave inner surface and has opposing side portions having convex inner surfaces. Edge sections of each side portion are welded to the exterior surface of the shell to form the jacket. Edge sections of adjacent arcs of conduit may be simultaneously welded to the shell in a single weld pass. The shape of the conduit provides improved heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics, as well as improvements in the vessel manufacturing process.

  • Patent number: 8515654
Abstract: Described is a technology in which Bluetooth® devices, e.g., navigation devices, are enhanced with additional power amplification to allow long range radio communication links between moving vehicles and/or between moving vehicles and roadside hubs. In one example, collection and dissemination of traffic information, including aggregation and filtering, is facilitated via a Bluetooth® vehicle-to-vehicle and/or vehicle-to-roadside hub ad-hoc network. Also described is efficient connection establishment and data transfer for vehicle to vehicle and vehicle-to-roadside hubs via the enhanced Bluetooth® radio. The ad-hoc network comprising a mesh of vehicles/a supernode also facilitates the exchange of information that originated at an Internet source.

  • Publication number: 20130067039
Abstract: Systems and methods of suggesting supplemental data on a computing device are disclosed herein. For example, the supplemental data can be suggested contact data. A request can be sent to retrieve, from at least one remote data source, suggested contact data associated with a contact entry stored on a storage medium communicatively coupled to the computing device. A confidence level can be determined and associated with the suggested contact data. A request can be sent to display a prompt comprising the suggested contact data on a computing device. Additionally, a confirmation indicative of one of an acceptance of the suggested contact data and a rejection of the suggested contact data can be received. In one example, the confidence level associated with the contact data can be modified in response to the confirmation received.
