  • Publication number: 20220414763
Abstract: A method for modeling loan transitions may include defining a plurality of potential repayment states of an individual loan between origination and a terminal state comprising either a paid off state or a charged off state, where the potential repayment states include a current state, a plurality of delinquency states distinguished from each other based on length of delinquency, the paid off state and the charged off state. The method may further include defining valid transitions between a present state among the potential repayment states and each respective one of the potential repayment states that is a possible next state from the present state, and determining, for the individual loan, a probability of transitioning from the present state to the next state during each period of a term of the individual loan.

  • Patent number: 9731398
Abstract: The polishing pad is for planarizing at least one of semiconductor, optical and magnetic substrates. The polishing pad includes a cast polyurethane polymeric material formed from a prepolymer reaction of H12MDI/TDI with polytetramethylene ether glycol to form an isocyanate-terminated reaction product. The isocyanate-terminated reaction product has 8.95 to 9.25 weight percent unreacted NCO and has an NH2 to NCO stoichiometric ratio of 102 to 109 percent. The isocyanate-terminated reaction product is cured with a 4,4?-methylenebis(2-chlororaniline) curative agent. The cast polyurethane polymeric material, as measured in a non-porous state, having a shear storage modulus, G? of 250 to 350 MPa as measured with a torsion fixture at 30° C. and 40° C. and a shear loss modulus, G? of 25 to 30 MPa as measured with a torsion fixture at 40° C. The polishing pad having a porosity of 20 to 50 percent by volume and a density of 0.60 to 0.95 g/cm3.

  • Patent number: 6375286
Abstract: A security cover for display cases includes cooperating generally L-shaped rigid frangible-resistant panels. A hook-shaped lower edge of each panel is coupled to an anchor rail fixedly mounted to the base of the display case. Each panel is then pivoted upwardly to cover a portion of the display case. The panels include flanges along an upper terminal edge thereof. The flanges are mated together in a U-shaped lock bar and a lock to securely couple the panels together and enclose the glass faces of the display case in a frangible-resistant protective cover to inhibit breakage of the glass faces and theft of the contents of the display case.
