The novel heterocyclic compound of the present invention is a bifunctional compound having a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) degradation function via a ubiquitin proteasome pathway, and may be utilized as a composition for preventing or treating a cancer, an autoimmune disease, and Parkinson's disease.
