    Abstract: A photographing apparatus and a method of transmitting and/or receiving data between the photographing apparatuses wirelessly are provided. The photographing apparatus includes a camera unit for photographing a video to generate a video signal; a signal processor for processing the video signal to transform the video signal into digital video data; a display for displaying the digital video data; a compressor for compressing the digital video data in a predetermined format; a storage unit for storing the compressed digital video data; a wireless receiver for receiving a video signal from an external photographing apparatus wirelessly and transmitting the video signal to the signal processor; and a power switch for supplying power to the wireless receiver and/or intercepting the supply of power to the wireless receiver. Thus, data can be transmitted and/or received wirelessly so as to provide a convenient photographing environment to a user.
