  • Patent number: 6832538
Abstract: Foam sponge cutting apparatus with both vertical and horizontal cutting devices. A vertical cutting device and a horizontal cutting device are disposed on the blade strip frame of the apparatus body. The horizontal cutting device can be moved up and down, while keeping in a horizontal state. By means of the horizontal cutting device, the foam sponge can be easily stably cut along horizontal cutting lines on the working bench. The vertical cutting device can be moved left and right, while keeping in a vertical state. By means of the vertical cutting device, the foam sponge can be cut into products with various irregular or curved shapes in vertical direction. therefore, one single foam sponge cutting apparatus can achieve both horizontally and vertically cutting effect.

  • Patent number: 6386083
Abstract: A vertically movable foam sponge cutting apparatus includes a vertical cutting device disposed on a blade strip frame. The vertical cutting device can be moved left and right in a vertical state. In addition, the vertical cutting device includes an ascending/descending device which is controllably movable up and down to change the rigidity of the blade strip in a cutting operation area. A foam sponge is cut along vertical cutting lines on a working bench. Therefore, a greater cutting function is achieved and the power consumption is lowered.

  • Patent number: 6125733
Abstract: A foam sponge cutting machine with vertical blade strap, including a blade strap rack, a machine body and a blade rotating set. The blade rotating set is disposed on the guide rails of the upper and lower transverse beams of the blade strap rack, whereby the blade strap clamped by the blade rotating set can be kept vertical and moved left and right. The machine body is disposed with a working bench for linearly back and forth moving a work piece placed thereon. By means of numeral controlling method, the positions of the work piece and the blade strap on a plane can be adjusted so as to cut the foam sponge by various irregular or curved lines.

  • Patent number: 5878643
Abstract: The present invention is related to a curl type sandwich cutting device which is comprised of a lift means, a cutting means, a feeding means and a rotation means; a chassis which may be controlled to rise and descend is installed on the body frame. The right and left flat surfaces are on the two ends of said body frame and are higher than the body frame, the lead device of a jig saw means is located across the flat surfaces, by the rotation of a motor and the swing of a jib arm of an eccentric arm, the jig saw may move left and right continuously. A rotation means is installed on the adjacent side, by chain wheel and other components to drive the axle rod of said cutting means, the jig saw may revert 180 degrees. The bottom of said chassis has installed a guiding screw and a nut which are controlled by a motor so as to move forward. A feeding device is installed on the chassis, and the feed device has a lead bar to control the bread box to rotate 360 degrees.
