Abstract: A shower assembly which can be used in conjunction with normal household bathing facilities while minimizing the disruption for normal use of the facility. The assembly includes a track to support the chair above the bath, and suspension means for the chair which permits linear movement along the track and rotary movement whereby the chair can face outwardly when being engaged and exited by user. The chair seat is dished to trap water therein to cleanse the seated areas of the user, and a fresh water supply is arranged directly into the seat area to rinse the seated areas.
