  • Publication number: 20190202274
Abstract: A vehicle cover assembly with repositionable magnets for magnetically securing a vehicle cover to a vehicle includes an inner liner that is positioned on a vehicle. A cover is attached to the inner liner. The cover comprises a liquid impermeable material wherein the liquid impermeable material protects the vehicle from moisture. A plurality of pockets is positioned on the cover. Each of the pockets has an upper edge. Each of the upper edges exposes an interior of the corresponding pocket to define an opening into said corresponding pocket. A plurality of magnets is included. The opening in each of the pockets selectively receives one of the magnets. Each of the magnets magnetically engages to the vehicle to secure the cover to the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 4662887
Abstract: A high modulus endoprosthetic device comprising a polyaryletherketone and optionally reinforcement which may be fibrous, particulate or relatively massive. Loss of reinforcement to the body tissues may be reduced by provision of polymer rich layer at the surface of the device, particularly in locations where reinforcement is exposed at the surface or is likely to be exposed due to tissue or other abrasion.

  • Patent number: 4017036
Abstract: This invention is concerned with providing means which control the linear speed of a web travelling from a source of that web to a take-up spool and is particularly associated with ensuring that the linear speed of travel of the web from the one source to the take-up is maintained constant. The invention therefore has application to the textile trade where a web of textile material may be passed through a dye bath and it is desirable to ensure that all parts of the web are immersed in the dye bath for the same length of time. The invention includes means for sensing the speed of travel of the web and comparing it against a known reference speed and by comparing the two speeds providing a positive or negative signal which is fed to apparatus which then increases or reduces the speed of travel of the web in order to maintain it constant.
