  • Publication number: 20170296766
Abstract: A breathable gas supply regulation device of gas supplied by a respiratory assistance apparatus in breath assistance comprising a first input receiving a leakage signal produced by a detection member. The device regulates the supply of breathable gas to the patient in response to a received leakage signal, comprises a second input receiving a patient mouth movement measurement signal. The device comprises a processing unit provided for generating a synchronisation signal between the movement signal and the leakage signal. The processing unit generates a modification amount indicating the modification to be applied to the supply of breathable gas.

  • Patent number: 7628589
Abstract: The invention relates to a rotor for a non-positive-displacement machine, particularly a rotor for a compressor of a gas turbine, on which at least one shaft collar with an outer periphery and with two radially extending faces are placed. The rotor also comprises a multitude of retaining grooves for moving blades, said retaining grooves being provided on the outer periphery and extending transversal to the peripheral direction and each retaining groove has a groove bottom. In order to provide a rotor for a non-positive-displacement machine that makes it possible to reduce flow losses while having a simple geometrical design of the attachment of moving blades, the invention provides that an annual groove, which extends in an axial direction and which is coaxial to the rotation axis of the rotor, is provided at least on one face of the shaft collar.

  • Patent number: 7299637
Abstract: A method according to the invention or a corresponding device (1) provides for dividing exhaust gas (9) exiting the gas turbine into a first (11) and a second partial stream (13), for mixing the first partial stream (11) with combustion air (15), and for channeling the resulting mixture (17) to the combustion chamber (5) and the second partial stream (13) to a carbon dioxide precipitation plant (21). In an advantageous embodiment the exhaust gas (9) exiting the gas turbine (3) is previously used to generate process steam (31) for a steam turbine (33) (gas and steam power station) then cooled before the exhaust gas (9) is divided into said partial streams (11,13). Water (29) precipitating during cooling is removed.

  • Patent number: 6152724
Abstract: A device and a method for burning fuel in air. The device includes an annular passage for directing the air in a meridional flow with regard to an axis. A swirl cascade is provided for imposing a swirl on the flow, and a mixer for intermixing the fuel with the flow for forming an essentially homogeneous mixture. Also present is an air flow delayer for delaying a portion of the flow that lies radially on the outside with regard to the axis relative to other portions of the flow. • Patent number: 6092738
Abstract: A fuel nozzle configuration for a fluid-fuel burner includes a main axis, a backflow region, a fuel nozzle and an inflow region disposed along the main axis between the fuel nozzle and the backflow region. A swirl flow of fuel can be generated in the inflow region. The backflow region has an annular gap adjacent the inflow region which narrows in the direction downstream of the inflow region and merges into a backflow conduit. An oil burner for a gas turbine uses the fuel nozzle configuration and a method is provided for regulating the fuel supply of a fluid-fuel burner.
