  • Patent number: 10778669
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for automatically configuring an email client during a migration process. An client-side assistant can be deployed to an end-user's computer via a migration platform. After being deployed to a particular client computer, the client-side assistant can be configured to obtain user information to identify the end-user associated with the client computer. After identifying the end-user, destination system information regarding the end-user can be pushed to client computer for inclusion in new configuration information for the email client. Before generating the new configuration information, user credential for logging into the source system can be obtained. The client-side assistant can be configured to cause the destination system to confirm this credential. After generating the new configuration information, the client-side assistant can instruct the client-side assistant to use the new configuration information to at a specific time and date.

  • Publication number: 20070128560
Abstract: The invention provides a color photographic element comprising at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer or a non silver-containing light-insensitive layer, in which at least one of these layers contains a colorless heterocyclic compound having either one or two hetero atoms in the ring or ring system, being other than an imidazole compound, that undergoes less than 10% chemical or redox reaction directly with oxidized developer and which has a partition coefficient to enable the photographic speed of the element to be increased by at least 0.03 stop without increasing granularity, compared to the same element without the compound. The heterocyclic compounds increase speed without a concomitant increase in size of the light-sensitive silver halide grains.

  • Publication number: 20060051710
Abstract: The invention relates to a novel kind of anthranilic acid compound that releases a UG as a function of chemical bond cleavage according to Formula (I): Q-(AAS)-UG where UG is an useful group and is chemically bonded to (AAS); (AAS) is an anthranilic acid switching group; and Q is a group in which the bond to (AAS) is broken so that the -(AAS)-UG fragment subsequently decomposes to the free UG.

  • Patent number: 5384607
Abstract: A pair of telescopic spectacles includes a frame having a top bar and a bottom rim disposed to provide an aperture and a lens having a bore therein disposed in the aperture of the frame. The telescopic spectacles further include a telescope assembly disposed through the bore of the lens at a predetermined convergence and declination angle. The telescope assembly includes a first housing having a first aperture, a first region with a bore therein and a second region having a cavity therein, a second aperture and a first surface. The telescope assembly further includes a lens retainer disposed in the first aperture of the first housing, and an eyepiece assembly disposed in the first region of the first housing. The eyepiece assembly includes a lens housing having a first end with a first aperture and having a second opposing end with a second aperture.

  • Patent number: 5078469
Abstract: A binocular surgical loupe which enhances the illumination of the viewed field while avoiding flare effects of illuminating light within the loupe optics. The binocular system utilizes circularly polarized illumination and viewing to prevent flare effects and additionally enhances the illumination of the field of view by utilization of the illumination source waste beam that results from the presence of a beam splitter in the illumination path within the loupe. In addition, a camera system is provided which permits remote viewing of the user's field of view. In one embodiment the camera and view paths include separate, identical zoom lenses which are synchronously controlled so that the fields of illumination and view are kept coextensive. In another embodiment for a binocular loupe, the loupe optics for one eye combines illumination and viewing functions while the loupe for the other eye combines camera and viewing functions.
