  • Patent number: 11907305
Abstract: A method for generating a case including receiving a source file associated with an adverse event and including adverse event information for the adverse event, generating case information including a medical product rank for each medical product of the plurality of medical products associated with the medical product information, generating a priority of the case based on the type of the event, and providing the case information to a user computing device to be displayed on a user interface. The user interface includes a medical products section including a medical product representation for each of the medical products. Each medical product representation is arranged on the medical products section based on the medical product rank such that a first medical product representation including a first medical product rank is located above a second medical product representation including a second medical product rank on the medical products section.

  • Publication number: 20130067906
Abstract: This engine (1) (of the piston engine or rotary Wankel-type engine type) includes a heat-exchanging cylinder head (2) which transfers to the fluid internal to the engine the heat energy collected from an external hot source (liquid, gaseous or by radiation). In a closed or open cycle it uses a gaseous fluid (air) or a refrigerant such as an engine fluid in particular when the temperature of the hot source is low. The volumetric compression ratio of the engine is optimized according to the temperature level of the hot source in order on the one hand to allow the internal heat exchanging cylinder head (2) and (9) to be positioned in the dead volume freed inside the chamber (piston top dead center) of the engine (1) and on the other hand to extract significant mechanical work. It is a matter of increasing technological feasibility at the expense of an acceptable loss in efficiency given that the contribution from the hot source is free of charge.

  • Publication number: 20090005284
Abstract: The invention relates to an aqueous base formulation for cleaning rugs, fabrics, carpets, and the like. The formulation is composed of seventy-eight point five percent water, to which is added tetrapotassium pyrophosphate at ten percent of the formulation. A nonionic surfactant, ethoxylated glycery) ricinoleate, is then added at three percent. An isopropyl alcohol is then added at three percent. A fifth product, propylene carbonate, is introduced at five percent. Finally, sodium cumene sulphonate is added at zero point five percent. All these products are inserted with mechanized stirring so as to allow complete homogenization. There are no side effects for the user and the environment.

  • Patent number: 6639667
Abstract: Method for determining chemical constituents in an electrolysis cell for the production of metal, in particular aluminum, involving the use of light spectroscopy such as Raman spectroscopy that analyses the light emitted from the cell constituents and represents the light as a spectrum, wherein the analysis is performed directly in the cell while the cell is in its production mode, whereby the spectrum is analysed on the basis of reference spectrums based on known compositions, to determine chemical constituents in the cell. Also provided is an apparatus for performing this method.

  • Patent number: 6525592
Abstract: The invention relates to an integrated high power sine wave carrier circuit for outputting a low distortion high power sine wave. The circuit is used for antennas, and especially for antennas in automotive appliances. The circuit comprises a H-bridge (2) with matched power transistors (4, 6, 8, 10), a sine generator (24) for driving the H-bridge and a regulator (22) for sensing the power applied to the antenna and controlling the current amplitude of the sine wave output by the sine generator. The circuit operates under partial time-working, whereby the integration circuit is turned on or off. The circuit therefore comprises a shutdown pin, for shutting the circuit down in order to allow cooling. The partial time operation allows the circuit to be integrated on a single die.

  • Patent number: 6339317
Abstract: Regulator for a sine wave generator unit, including a load feeding power-bridge connected to an output of the sine wave generator. The regulator is inserted between a feedback output of the power-bridge and a reference voltage input of the sine wave generator. The regulator includes regulation means providing a power regulation signal (SET′) to the reference voltage input of the sine wave generator from a comparison between a signal (SENSE) at the feedback output of the power bridge and a predetermined set point signal (SETP′). The regulator (4′) is a proportional integrating differentiating regulator including start-up and/or shut-off envelope controlling means (19, 20, 21) associated to regulation means (14′, 17) for obtaining tightly controlled start-up and/or shut-off slope(s) of the signal at the load feeding output of the power bridge in addition to a tight control of the signal envelope between a start-up slope and the following shut-off slope.

  • Patent number: 5870316
Abstract: Methods of speeding error analysis of electronic devices under test using simulation software that has the capability of simultaneously executing up to 32 tests on one image of the design model. One embodiment of the method contemplates executing the tests staggered in time so that a larger portion of the test is available for examination and execution at any given time. This allows errors to be found more quickly. Another embodiment contemplates more quickly testing a device initialization sequence by randomly establishing values for each state device, separately for each of the 32 tests, running the simulation, and then determining whether the state device values converge.

  • Patent number: 5732608
Abstract: The invention relates to a high-precision revolving center (10) for machine tools. Prestressed bearings 40 and 45 are brought into abutment on the one hand against internal 33 and external 25 cylindrical surfaces whose deviation, at any point on the surface, with respect to the theoretical surfaces centered on the axis, is less than 1 .mu.m, and on the other hand against reference surfaces 26 and 34 perpendicular to the axis. Threaded elements 50, 55 enable the bearings 40, 45 to be stressed. Once the center 10 has been assembled and the bearings stressed, the revolving center is mounted on a grinder in order to give a precision finish to the tip 90, the concentricity reference surface 91 and the perpendicularity reference surface 92.

  • Patent number: 5725338
Abstract: The cutting end or head of a helically grooved drill bit is of generally hemispherical shape and has four cutting lips, two of which are disposed in end-to-end relationship at the point S of the bit. The cutting angle of the edge of each lip is evolutive, varying from 0.degree. at the point S to a value, determined experimentally in accordance with the material to be machined, at a position P at the intersection of the cutting edge with the end of the outer diameter d of the bit.
