Abstract: This invention pertains to a seat headrest cover, for automobiles, watercrafts and aircrafts, with a removable rear panel. The removable rear panel on the seat headrest cover allows the installed television/video screen to be viewed without removing the entire seat/headrest cover, serves to hide installed television/video screens, provides some protection to the installed television/video screens, offers a means of customizing the seat to a particular taste and, allows the seat to be used as a means of advertisement. The seat headrest cover is made of material similar to the original material and is available in colors to match both the interior and exterior of the vehicle or craft.
