Full dissolution/dispersion of the cleansing wipes occurs in about 60 seconds or less after contact with water to allow for a sufficient time for cleansing of the hands or other skin area.

The second siloxane composition, on the other hand, is bonded to a beneficial chemistry agent. When contacted with a user's skin, the second siloxane composition bonded to the beneficial chemistry agent is transferred to the user's skin.

The anionic particles, compounds, or microfibers can easily be incorporated into various products for improved skin cleaning and removal of the contaminant from the skin. The anionic particles do not necessarily kill microbes on the skin, but dislodge them from the skin surface such that they and other contaminants can easily be removed away from the skin by a substrate.
