    Abstract: In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, mystery shopping data may now be used in conjunction with customer satisfaction data to determine customer loyalty results. For example, two different surveys can be conducted: 1) a customer satisfaction survey of actual customers; and 2) a mystery shopper survey of store operational performance, assessing specific behaviors. The information can then be used to determine how a change in operations can affect the customer loyalty. Furthermore, other financial determinations that depend on customer loyalty can be determined as well in accordance with other embodiments.
