A copper deposit, a superconductive deposit, a copper deposit, are formed successively on the surface of a support to constitute parts of stabilized filament, cupronickel deposits and further parts of stabilized filaments, to constitute several continuous filaments crossing one another and being electrically uncoupled from one another in the crossing zones by the insulating cupronickel deposits.
