    Abstract: There is provided a roofing membrane with factory applied non-tacky primer used as a primer in splicing adjacent panels of membrane together as well as roofing accessories and laminates using tape adhesive without the need to field prime the membrane. In addition, the primer is used to bond membrane that has been factory coated with a primer to substrates so only field adhesive applied on the substrate to receive membrane is required, without the need to field coat the membrane with adhesive.
