  • Publication number: 20040004046
Abstract: An elongate display track device has one or more intermediate sections, a front section with a front piece and product identification panels, and a rear section with a stop member. The sections are frangibly connected to alter the length of the track device. The sections are releasably connected by keys and keyways. The length is changed by removing one or more intermediate sections, then re-attaching the rear section to provide the stop member. The front piece provides a surface along its bottom for a product identification label. Arms upstanding from the front track section support a panel which provides a surface for product identification.

  • Patent number: 6604638
Abstract: A merchandising display shelf track device for receiving a row of articles for sliding movement therealong has a front track segment, a riser panel and a number of ribs. The front track segment has a base wall with a front portion and a rear portion. The riser panel is upstanding from the front portion of the base wall. The ribs are upstanding from the base wall and are attached to the riser panel. The top surface of the ribs is inclined at the front so that a bottle sliding along the track has its direction changed so that the bottle does not tip over.

  • Patent number: 6523702
Abstract: An elongate display track device has front and rear segments. The front segment has sidewalls with vertical channels therein to receive arm to support a product identification panel. A detent in each channel engages the scalloped surface of the bottom portion an arm to adjust the vertical position of the product identification panel. A foot is connected to the rear segment to elevate the rear of the track to assist gravity feed.

  • Patent number: 6237784
Abstract: A beverage display rack provides a track on which beverage containers slide forward for dispensing. A rib on the track engages a groove in the beverage container. The groove has a predefined relationship with the label on the container so that the label faces forward when the rib engages the groove. The rib can be an upstanding rib which extends upward from the bottom of the track or can extend inward from the sidewall of the track toward the center of the display rack to engage a groove in the beverage container. Existing display racks can be retrofitted with an insert that fits in the track and has a protruding rib to engage the beverage container.

  • Patent number: 6082556
Abstract: A merchandising track device includes an elongate track base for carrying articles, such as bottles, cans, bricks or the like, for sliding movement along said track base, a pair of opposed side walls upstanding from the track base and extending at least partially along the opposite side edges of the track base, a pair of front stoppers extending respectively from the side walls toward each other to their respective free side edges, and a front wall member attached to and connecting between the spaced front stoppers. The front wall member has a pair of grippers for receiving the free side edges of the front stoppers. Each gripper includes front and rear elements disposed with a gap therebetween to receive in the gap the free side edge of the respective front stopper. The lower end of the rear element of each gripper is disposed above that of the front element of that gripper.

  • Patent number: 6068142
Abstract: A front panel for a display rack has a base, upstanding sidewalls connected along their bottom end portions to the base, face members connected to the front edges of the sidewalls, and an elongate connecting member connected to the top end portions of the face members. The base, face members and connecting member define a viewing window for the display rack through which a beverage container in a display rack in a refrigerator can be viewed. The base and connecting member curve outward to position a beverage container forward in the display rack.

  • Patent number: 5562217
Abstract: A pusher unit for placement into a merchandise display tray to dispense merchandise which has an elongated shelving track with a front end and a top surface for carrying the bottom surface of the merchandise. The pusher unit has a spring-biased pusher plate with a front surface for contacting the side surface of the merchandise. The bottom section of the pusher plate is movable along the top surface of the shelving track so that the front surface of the pusher plate engages the side surface of the merchandise and the merchandise is thereby disposed between the pusher plate and the front end of the shelving track. The pusher plate has interconnected upper and lower sections with the upper section being movable between a merchandise-dispensing position and a merchandise-loading position. When the upper section is in the merchandise-loading position, the front surface of the upper section of the pusher plate is out of the plane defined by the front surface of the lower section.
