    Abstract: A linkage apparatus comprised of two interconnected levers extending between a valve actuator for a rotatable valve and a rotatable operating shaft of the valve. The relative position of the interconnection between the levers is presettably adjustable so as to enable varied operation in the rotational displacement of the operating shaft. Effecting the adjustment is independent of the actuator operation.
