  • Publication number: 20150018691
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for imaging, recording and saving a thermographic image of a breast, characterized in that it comprises a video recorder and an infrared mapping liquid crystal matrix working in the temperature range of approximately 1° in a range of 31.8° C. to 34.8? C., wherein the recorder preferably includes a housing, a light source, a camera with an optoelectronic transducer, an analog-digital converter, a power source and a storage medium. The present invention also refers to a method of diagnosing of the breast pathology using that device, a system of the three infrared mapping liquid crystal matrices and its application for the detection of thermal anomalies on the surface of the breast.

  • Publication number: 20140037546
Abstract: Three organic compounds mixtures of liquid-crystal properties, which when mixed together in a precisely determined weight ratio, may show an ability to form thermo-optically active mesophases of established, narrow range thermooptical transitions separation, every 0.5° C., in the temperature range: from 31.8° C. to 32.8° C., from 32.8° C. to 33.8° C., and from 33.8° C. to 34.8° C. and system including these mixtures.

  • Publication number: 20120319043
Abstract: The present invention relates to liquid-crystal emulsion for the use in a thermo-optical matrix to an early diagnosis of mammary gland neoplasmic lesions. It contains a mixture of thermotropic liquid crystals and polyvinyl alcohol. The liquid-crystal emulsion contains 14 to 48% by weight (on a dry matter basis) of the thermotropic compounds mixture and 50 to 86% by weight (on a dry matter basis) of polyvinyl alcohol. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing liquid-crystal emulsion.

  • Publication number: 20090138960
Abstract: Methods and systems for access control systems such as firewalls. The system detects conflicts between two access control rules by finding all common variables between the two rules and determining if there are values for all the common variables that simultaneously satisfy both rules. If there are such values, and if the end result of the two rules are different, then the two rules are in conflict with one another.
