  • Patent number: 6076937
Abstract: An improved tool tray apparatus having an interior tool storage area, an upper peripheral edge portion, and a light emitting mechanism disposed around at-least a part of the upper peripheral edge portion. The light emitting mechanism improves the lighting conditions when working in poorly lighted environments. More particulary, the improved tool tray apparatus selectively illuminates the interior tool storage area of the tool tray, and the area around the upper peripheral edge portion of the tool tray to provide for a safer work environment. The light emitted by the illuminated tool tray apparatus of the invention may be controllably switched between different colors at a controllably varied intensity.

  • Patent number: 5126576
Abstract: Method and apparatus for the control of the rate of emission of electrons added to an ion implantation beam to neutralize charging effects on semiconductor wafers being processed. A net charging current, or equivalent voltage, is sensed continuously, but is sampled only when a selected wafer, or multiple selected wafers, are positioned to receive the entire cross section of the ion beam. The sampled charging current is used to control the addition of charge-neutralizing electrons to the ion beam, thereby eliminating problems that ensue from the use of an averaged charging current that is sensed without regard to the relative beam position or the number of wafers being processed.

  • Patent number: 4132672
Abstract: An improved method for the conversion of hydrogen and carbon monoxide to a methane-rich gas in which there is employed a supported nickel catalyst promoted by the addition of a small percentage of the iridium metal, typically 0.1 to 1.0% by weight. Said promoted catalyst is highly active for methanation and has good resistance against poisoning by sulfur compounds.
