To this end, the device described herein has a star coupler, a set of optical input waveguides connected to the input port of the star coupler, a waveguide grouping connected to the output port of the start coupler and a set of reflectors and phase shifters connected to said waveguide grouping. This document also provides details of a manufacturing process of the previously described device and a method for handling optical signals that makes use thereof.
