  • Patent number: 11906883
Abstract: A holder base part for securing at least one camera housing to a vehicle part of a vehicle, a camera housing and a camera system are described. The holder base part has a retaining element with a securing portion, by which the retaining element is secured to the vehicle part, and which has a retaining portion by which the retaining element is separably connected to a connection element on the side of the at least one camera housing by a sliding movement along a notional connection axis. The retaining portion contributes to defining an insertion region into which the housing-side connection element is inserted for separable connection to the retaining element. The retaining element has a holder-locking element which interacts with a housing-locking element on the side of the camera housing to lock a connection between the retaining element and the connection element. The holder-locking element is arranged in the insertion region.

  • Patent number: 7268732
Abstract: The invention relates to a radar sensor (10) for use with automobiles. Said radar sensor emits pulsed radiation. The radar sensor is characterized in that it comprises an antenna with at least one layer-structured block (34) consisting of metal layers (36, 38, 40, 42) which are arranged according to the Yagi principle and which are respectively separated from each other by a dielectric intermediary layer (46, 48, 50). At least one of the metal layers (36, 38, 40, 42) is excited by a supply system (18) with a radar frequency.

  • Publication number: 20070080862
Abstract: A method for operating an antenna assembly (100) produces a desired overall directional dependence. The antenna assembly (100) comprises at least one first partial antenna (R1) and a second partial antenna (R1+R2), which are disposed relative to each other in such a manner that the individual directional dependences of the partial antennas at least partially overlap. The first partial antenna (R1) is associated with a first antenna signal which represents a radio signal for receiving or transmitting via the first partial antenna (R1), and the second partial antenna (R1+R2) is associated with a second antenna signal which represents a radio signal for receiving or transmitting via the second partial antenna.

  • Publication number: 20040239571
Abstract: The invention presents a radar antennae (10) for motor vehicle applications comprising at least one supply network (18) on a first side (20) of a high-frequency substrate (22), a metallic ground surface (24) on a second side (26) of the high-frequency substrate (22) opposite to the supply network (18), with and at least one radiative surface (28) which is excited by the supply network (18) via an associated aperture (30) in the metallic ground surface (24) and via a dielectric (32) disposed between the ground surface (24) and the radiative surface (28), to radiate electromagnetic waves, and with a housing (12). The radar antennae (10) is characterized in that the radiative surface (28) is firmly connected to the housing (12). The invention also presents a method for producing such radar sensors (10).
