  • Publication number: 20240271411
Abstract: A modular building has a supporting structure which encloses an interior space. The supporting structure has a plurality of vertical supporting posts, which can be set up on an underlying surface. The vertical supporting posts have a fastening portion at each of their opposite end regions, and the supporting structure has a plurality of crossbeams, which each connect two fastening portions of two adjacent vertical supporting posts to one another. The building has at least one floor element, which is secured on the supporting structure, at least one ceiling element, which is secured on the supporting structure, and a plurality of wall elements, which are secured on the supporting structure. Each wall element has a frame element running around its periphery. Wall elements which are adjacent and in alignment with one another are connected to one another via mutually facing portions of the respective frame elements with releasable fastening elements.

  • Patent number: 8596304
Abstract: A leno device for use in weaving machines. The leno device having a first lifting shaft, a second lifting shaft and a half shaft. The shafts are connected with each other via a linkage mechanism having several transmission units Each transmission unit having a connecting bar and two guide rods. In order to prevent fingers and or the hand of the operator from being pinched between the connecting bar and one of the levers, the leno device has a separate cover part for each transmission unit. The cover part may be fastened to one of the lifting shafts or to one of the guide rods of the transmission unit, or to the connecting bar. The cover part prevents an operator from being able to reach between the connecting bar and the guide rods in warp thread direction.

  • Patent number: 5809885
Abstract: A blower for printing presses for assisting in the guidance of sheets, and being acted on by individual jets of compressed air, the blower comprising an outer air pressure tube having blowing apertures, the outer tube being connected to a source of air pressure, the air pressure tube having outer air pressure tube orifices therein for blowing toward the edges of the sheet, and an inner air pressure tube disposed entirely within the outer air pressure tube, the outer tube being provided with central portion orifices for blowing compressed air therethrough onto the central portion of the sheet, and optionally a plurality of valves for pneumatically acting on said inner of air pressure tube or on both said inner and said outer air pressure tubes.

  • Patent number: 5445768
Abstract: Method and device for manufacturing a flat textile structure in which two melts of at least two polymer materials are changed to the form of fibers with the aid of a spinning device and in which fibers are then combined and then solidified. The spinning device consists of a spinning rotor and the polymer materials employed have an charge difference of at least ten unit charges. The two materials are first melted separately from one another. Each melt, by means of a distributor device, is then fed to a group of outlet openings of a spinning rotor unmixed. The fibers emerging from the outlet openings are then stretched and combined to form a common flat structure with the flat structure then being charged triboelectrically by an aftertreatment.

  • Patent number: 5419794
Abstract: Method and device for producing a flat textile structure in which a melt of a polymer material is changed to the form of fibers with the aid of a spinning rotor. The still sticky fibers are impacted with a mixture of hot gas particles; the particles are then ionized in a high-voltage electrical field for longer duration of the filter effect.

  • Patent number: 4376461
Abstract: A heat pump for building-interior heating purposes comprises an outdoor heat exchanger with which heat is abstracted from air forced exclusively by wind currents through the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger comprises a spatial array of heat exchange elements forming a grid through which the wind-displacement can pass and around which the air is in contact with the elements, the grid being open in all compass directions to the air flow.
