  • Patent number: 6841915
Abstract: The invention relates to a multi-pole electric motor with a rotor and a stator. Said stator consists of a plurality of coils and stator plates (1, 2, 3, 4) which are magnetically separate from one another and which extend from the coils to the rotor. The stator plates (1, 2, 3, 4) are linked with a non-magnetic metal fixture (11) in an area facing the rotor. According to the method of producing the electromotor described above, the stator plates (1, 2, 3, 4) which are interlinked by one or several webs (5) are produced as one workpiece, the workpiece is linked with the non-magnetic steel fixture (11) and the web(s) between or on the stator sheets (1, 2, 3, 4) is/are severed and/or completely removed.

  • Patent number: 6809872
Abstract: A head-up display in which the light of an image-forming device (10) can be projected onto a projection surface (12) via at least one mirror (1), and the at least one mirror (1) can be rotated about a first axis of rotation (3) by an adjusting device (2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8), and so the position of an image that can be projected onto the projection surface (12) can be varied.

  • Patent number: 6636277
Abstract: A head-up display for vehicles, in which information from a display device is projected onto a transparent projection area, the display device has two transparent screens between which a liquid crystal substance and electrodes are arranged, polarized light penetrating through the liquid crystal substance, the liquid crystal substance rotating the polarized light penetrating through the liquid crystal substance in a plane of polarization in a manner dependent on the driving of the electrodes with a voltage. The polarized light emerging form the liquid crystal substance is not sent through a polarizer, but rather is polarized by the reflection at the transparent projection area or at one or more other reflectors which is or are arranged in the beam path of the polarized light between the liquid crystal substance and the transparent projection area.

  • Publication number: 20030165025
Abstract: In the case of a head-up display in which the light of an image-forming device (10) can be projected onto a projection surface (12) via at least one mirror (1), and the at least one mirror (1) can be rotated about a first axis of rotation (3) by means of an adjusting device (2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8), and so the position of an image that can be projected onto the projection surface (12) can be varied, it is provided that the adjusting device has at least one sloping segment (5, 6) that is mounted in a fashion capable of rotation about a second axis of rotation (9), the second axis of rotation (9) not being perpendicular to the surface of the at least one sloping segment (5, 6), that the at least one mirror (1) is connected to a supporting unit (2, 2a, 2b) , that the supporting unit (2, 2a, 2b) is pressed against the sloping segment (5, 6) at a spacing from the second axis of rotation, and that, by rotating the at least one sloping segment (5, 6) , the supporting unit (2, 2a, 2b) slides over the sloping segment (5, 6)
