  • Patent number: 11299307
Abstract: Blister packs in a first and a second pick position are arranged one behind the other in a longitudinal row, which is parallel to a longitudinal center plane of the transfer unit and which extends in an area of the longitudinal center plane. The first blister pack in the first pick position is picked, moved, and placed in the first place position from above. The second blister pack in the second pick position is also picked, moved, and placed in the second place position from above. The blister packs in the first and second place positions are arranged with a lateral offset relative to the longitudinal center plane, and the blister packs in the first and second place positions are rotated 180° around their centers in comparison to their orientation in the first and second pick positions.

  • Patent number: 11167871
Abstract: Several blister packs are picked simultaneously from pick positions, where they are arranged next to each other in a first row, moved, and placed simultaneously in several place positions. In the place positions, the blister packs are also arranged next to each other in a second row, which is parallel to the first row of the blister packs in the pick positions. The blister packs are placed in the place positions with a rotation of 180° around their centers in comparison to their orientation in the pick positions. The second row of blister packs in the place positions is laterally offset in the direction of the second row relative to the first row of blister packs in the pick positions.

  • Patent number: 10926964
Abstract: In the device and the method for transferring blister packs, two blister packs are first transferred from a stamping station to an intermediate place element and then from the intermediate place element to a single-file conveying means. The two blister packs are placed on the intermediate place element next to each other in a row on either side of a longitudinal center plane of the device. During the transfer from the intermediate storage element to the conveying means, both blister packs are picked from above from their intermediate place positions and also placed from above in the common final place position. When in the final place position, each blister pack has the same side facing up as in the corresponding intermediate place position but now with a rotation of 180° around its center. In addition, the blister packs acquire a lateral offset from the longitudinal center plane during the transfer.

  • Patent number: 10710818
Abstract: In the method for transferring blister packs from a first and a second pick position to a common place position, the blister packs in the first and second pick positions are arranged next to each other in a row and are each outwardly offset from the longitudinal center plane of the transfer unit. Then the two blister packs are picked successively by two suction arms and placed from above in the place position, which is in the area of the longitudinal center plane. After the placing step, the blister packs in the place positions have a rotation of 180° around their centers in comparison to their orientation in the pick positions; and in addition the blister packs acquire a lateral offset during the transfer.

  • Patent number: 9346631
Abstract: Two suction arms for picking up blister packs at a stamping station in a pick position and for placing the blister packs on a conveyor in a place position, wherein the suction arms are pivotable in opposite directions. Each suction arm has three segments supported pivotably around three different axes. The transfer movement of the blister packs from the pick position to the place position and back is a combination movement, which is composed at least of the pivoting movement of the three segments around the three axes. The second, middle segments are pivoted inward toward the center plane both when in the pick position and in the place position. During the pivoting movements between the pick position and the place position, the second segments are pivoted away from each other so that the suction arms can pass by each other without colliding.

  • Publication number: 20140017057
Abstract: The device for forming and passing on stacks of blister packs comprises three drive units and three endless transfer units. Each transfer unit can be actuated by one of the drive units independently of the others. Each transfer unit comprises at least one conveyor belt on which two carrier elements are mounted rotatably and with an offset to each other. Each carrier element is positively guided in such a way that it is oriented horizontally at least when in a transfer area between a blister pack receiving position and a blister pack discharge position located underneath the blister pack receiving position. The drive units are actuated in such a way that two carrier elements of two different transfer units in each case move at a predetermined distance apart from the blister pack receiving position to the blister pack discharge position.

  • Patent number: 8474675
Abstract: A device for automatically controlling the edges of a web of sheeting has a first deflecting roller and a second deflecting roller, which are arranged parallel to each other, and also a drive for shifting the deflecting rollers in opposite axial directions. A sensor detects the position of the sheeting. The drive shifts the deflecting rollers in opposite axial directions and the ratio between the friction of the sheeting on the first deflecting roller and the friction of the sheeting on the second deflecting roller is changed on the basis of the position of the sheeting detected by the sensor.

  • Patent number: 8093517
Abstract: An apparatus for triggering, changing or ending device functions by means of foot movements can include a resting surface for the sole of a foot and at least one switch, arranged in the region of the resting surface and at a fixed distance from the resting surface, for closing or opening an electrical or control circuit. An actuating element can be associated with the switch to initiate its switching functions. The apparatus can also include a means for transmitting foot movements to the actuating element. The switch can be a proximity switch and the actuating element can be mounted such that it can move in a direction following the respective foot movement, with the result that, owing to the foot movement, the actuating element can be brought closer to the proximity switch therefore triggering the switching function.
