The ball head seat receives the ball head, forming a ball joint. In a central position, the fixation support surface is parallel and offset to a longitudinal axis of the ball-head screw. The ball-head seat includes recessed portions receiving a screw portion of the ball-head screw. An inclination angle between the longitudinal axis of the ball-head screw in the central position, and the longitudinal axis of the ball-head screw in the position when received in the recessed portion, is at least 90°.

The ducts are closed off by a cover which is connected to the fitting main body. As a result, that part of the sanitary fitting which comprises all of the water channels is composed of the fitting main body and a cover.

An interior with a straight-line central axis is formed inside the basic element, into which and out of which lines pass through the open underside. The basic element has a branch which likewise has the form of a circular cylinder with an open outer face. The interior of the branch merges into the interior of the basic element. The branch contains a receptacle for a mixer cartridge. A connecting element inserted in the branch is used to make the water-carrying connection between the lines inside the basic element and the mixer cartridge inside the branch. The connecting element consists of plastic.

There is no direct contact between the concealed tank and the fitting body. Different fittings can be screwed to the fitting body. The connecting elements can be simultaneously used for the passage of water pipes.
